The Books I Read in November 2025
I picked up a few books in November that sadly didn’t work for me, and I have also been deep in edits for Book 2 that free time for reading has dwindled. I only finished one book this month, but it’s definitely one worth checking out!
One Golden Summer by Carley Fortune
The first book in this series, Every Summer After, was one of those books I flew through in 24 hours, so I figured this one would also be great! Carley Fortune’s writing is absolutely divine, and this is a slower-paced summer read that will let you luxuriate in the feeling of summertime. I loved the FMC, Alice, and really sympathized with her—so much, in fact, that when the MMC was being a bit of a dummy in love, I was upset on her behalf! But I loved that this book gave me the gamut of emotions.
