Books I Read in February 2026

I spent a lot of February out of town and working on a new book, but it was still a good reading month for me! I’ve got three books to share with you that you might want to pick up.

I’m Theresa, and I write emotional romance books set in dreamy destinations. You can snag Match Made in the Maldives, my brother’s best friend novella set in paradise, for free when you sign up for my newsletter—get your copy!

Secret Nights and Northern Lights by Megan Oliver

I traveled to Reykjavik, Iceland, in February to work on a book, so this romance book—set in Iceland—felt fitting. I loved the armchair travel, and the romance between Mona and Ben was lovely to see unfold (there really is something about a second chance romance). I’m excited to see what this author writes next!

One Last Touch by Jade Church

I can’t explain it, but this book just sounded like exactly the right vibe for what I was looking for at the time. I’m glad I picked it up! I loved the ghost/spooky element, and the whole book is very atmospheric. The book is set in our world, but with ghosts, and it’s perfect for someone like me who is typically reading contemporary romance but dabbles in other subgenres.

The Epicenter of Forever by Mara Williams

The writing in this book is gorgeous, and the story immediately hooked me. I adored the romance between the two main characters, and the family history and drama was done really well.
