Client: VegNews Magazine
I pitched VegNews Magazine about a vegan guide to Rome and it fit in with their editorial calendar for 2019. To get even more insight than my own dining experience, I interviewed Katie Parla, a Rome-based culinary writer, for quotes and information. The article also included a sidebar of gelateria recommendations, and I contacted many of the shops to find out the specific flavors they offer which are vegan-friendly.
The turnaround was quick and over the holidays, and despite this I still managed to complete edits in less than 24 hours.
